Many of our items are one-of-a-kind pieces of art.  If we are out of those we are happy to send you photos of like objects that may not be on the website yet.  Hopefully, our website is set up so that if we can easily order a product that we are out of, we will already have it on its way.  We will contact you with estimated delivery times if it is not in stock.  We are easy to reach by email or phone.  SpiralofJoy@msn.com  509-682-2383
As much as I tried I could not find a way to find a shipping program that I felt was fair to you, our guest.  On some of our products you will notice you are getting a really good deal. Enjoy!  However, some of the shipping prices are elevated, especially for multiple items.  You are encouraged to give us a call and we will work out the best deal for you.  This would require that we process your card manually or send you a paypal payment request, then do a second charge for the shipping.  Our preference is that your shipping charges are accurate.  We also can offset some of the shipping with product.  We care that you get the best product at the fairest price possible.  509-682-2383
Yes, we do, but the shipping costs you see are only an estimate.  They are not accurate.

For our international customers:

      • email me an exact list of what you would like   (spiralofjoy@msn.com)
      • your shipping information
      • your contact information
      • your preference on adding insurance or not (Usually adds about $100 USD for Fed Ex w/ insurance.)
      • your pay pal email if you have a pay pal account  (If you have provided a pay pal email I can simply bill you.  When you respond with payment I will send the product.)
      • If you do not have a paypal account I will create unique shipping codes for the products you are wanting.  You will then go into the website and order, allowing the accurate shipping to be processed.

We will work with you to get you the products you are desiring when at all possible.

I have complete understanding why so many small businesses absolutely refuse to ship internationally.  But due to the nature of our personal care with each order and our passion for distributing powerful energy tools around the earth, we have found a solution that is time intensive, yet fair.  It may require an extra step on your part, but it allows you to receive products that otherwise would be inaccessible.

We respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your order and at that time will let you know the status.  Also, upon shipping your order you will receive an email stating the tracking/insurance number and the estimated time of arival.  You may also, always feel free to check on your order by phone.
